Other Info: Jesse's first interest in scooters was tweaked when Dr. Pepper held a contest to win a Honda Elite. A decade and a half later, he fell into scootering by accident after the family purchase of a Red ET4 Vespa. Jesse instantly loved the freedom found on two wheels. His dad a former motorcyclist and his mom a scooterist in 1960's Phillppines, he carries on the family tradition as a scooter enthusiast.

A San Jose State graduate in European Geography, he looks forward to using his free time learning about and working on older model Vespas. Although he may not know everything there is to know about scooter history or engineering, he recognizes what's cool and enjoys the ride. Undoubtedly he will eventually ride larger motorcycles in the future. But scooters (especially Vespas) will remain at the heart of who he is as a rider.

When not riding between San Jose and San Francisco, he can be found online at http://www.myspace.com/que_bufon_loco.
